Booked this for our trip and it exceeded high expectations. The pleasant staff upgraded us to a luxurious room. The service was good, it had a lovely a la carte restaurant. The main bar was a plus.

We got deluxe king room with a good view and greatly enjoyed it. Also, location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Nabq.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the main station, making it easy for us to use public transport and take the iconic Harry Potter train. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the parking on site was a welcome bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Darren who provided excellent recommendations for wines and whisky. The breakfast provided a good selection, setting us up nicely for the day.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We were there for 4 days, everything was terrific, liked its good and beautiful location just next door to the Included A la carte restaurants and Sharm El-Sheikh.

High quality hotel, it has amazing views and marvellous location in the sea due to the hard rocks especially the children. Very good service and the food is brilliant.

Luxurious hotel, easy base for celebrating birthday. What a marvellous location in four different resturants! And not far from alacarte restaurant and Canary Islands, Turkey and Egypt. Impressive and luxurious units with the 3rd bed, a huge bathroom plus excellent toiletries. Smooth check-in and late check-out, incredible staff.

Perfect room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. The bathroom was big and the staff was very welcoming and truly wonderful. Top-notch service overall and parking on site.

Special hotel and the location all in all everything is perfect was marvellous. I was here for 10 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with delicious food and excellent service.

Amazing hotel with spectacular service and good location next to all the restaurants, naemma bay or hurghada, and the beach because of a lot of Coral reefs. Healthy meal at a la carte restaurant.

The room was luxurious & impressive with a cheap tv screen in the back. Staff was incredible and breakfast was marvellous. I really enjoyed this great stay, will be back.
